Originating in ancient India, yoga is the term used to describe a set of practices and habits developed for the spiritual, mental, and physical wellbeing. In India it is a deeply cultural and important tradition, but it’s caught on in many countries as a good exercise for your muscles. It’s used by people around the world to relax oneself and help them keep healthy and active.
